Live tournament November 9, 2006

lol, 6th again in the weekly live tournament i play in. I got unlucky when i pushed allin with AsKc and got a call from an idiot with Ah2d. I was dealer, so i was dealing my own fate. flop all hearts turn, heart!!! he made his ace high flush.

Iam now in the $3 shorthanded bounty just took a hit, but doing okay at the moment.

Also i have a driving test tomorrow (3rd atempt). So all wish me luck!

I came 10th in tonight bounty, my first cash in these in 2 1/2 weeks!

I started well doubling up in the first hand with KK, then i build my stack to 6.8k with 10 mins to the break. Then i made my mistake, i got A10 of dimonds on the button, 1 limper, i raised the min, and the blinds folded and the limper called, the flop was AhQcJc he checked and the pot was 1.6k. he had 1.8k and i had just over 6k. so i raised allin, to try and take the pot, he called with AK of clubs for the staight draw, flush draw and top pair top kicker. so i was down to 3.7k for the break. Just after the break i got AK and rasied and the flop was crap so i folded to the allin bet. so i was down to only 2.8k, i stayed around thiis all the way to the money, and then i got A3s on the BB (800) and the SB, how had been stealing my blinds for ages, i just never had a hand, pushed for 10k, so i called for 2k, and he had J8os, i flopped the 3 and then the 8 came on the river. so i came 10th for $3.06 (my buyin was $3.30), but atleast i got the points. And the $25 bounty that i got for knocking out an SJ player.

Prima 250k November 5, 2006

2156 runners and an over lay of just over $59k, and just after the break i was just above starting stack, i needed a double up soon or i would be in trouble, i got AJos on the button, and someone raised double the BB and i called the flop was AK10 and didnt really like it and then after the turn was blank i put him on a flush draw and i went allin he called with AQos, so, iam out in 1172nd, which iam very disapointed about. although i was very card dead, i got AQ and won the blinds, AK and won the blinds, 88 and won 1000, and 180 with QJ and AJ which i went out on!

19th in tonights $1 rebuy bounty, i lost half my stack with AKs and then got 3′s do i went allin against the big stack who had K’s, knowing i wasnt in good shape but i needed a double up and the blinds were dues to go up in a couple of hands, sooo wish me luck monday, lol, no points this month yet, hopefully soon tho, i could do with a cash

Oh poo, tonight was the live tounry that i play every wednesday, After going bust 5 mins before the break i rebuyed and then had an addon at the break, to 3k. i kept winning small pots here and there, and then i doubled up and i was on 7k, i then laid down 8′s preflop as there was one player allin and with the big blinds stack i knew he would call. he went out and i was on the final table, first hand i got 6′s and pushed for 7k (blinds 1000/2000) with 2 callers, 2 more than i wanted really, and i flopped another 6 and trippled up! i then made it to the last 4 with 16k. i found myself on the big blind with KJos (blinds now 3000/6000) i had a very annoying and lucky player on my left on the SB, he put me allin and i thought… i have 10k left if i fold i will have the SB next hand so 7k left, the player on my right only has 12k and will be on the BB for half of his stack, and this could be the best hand i see for a while,) so i pushed allin and he had 6′s and i didnt hit either a K or a J. oh well, next week.

Another big mistake October 31, 2006

Out in 28th in tonights bounty, which is the last one of the month aswell. I had 3 rebuys aswell so i spent $20.  I made a huge mistake to knock me out just after the break I got A9 and the flop was J93 and i went allin and he had QJ, i dont know why i did it, i guess i just wasnt on the ball tonight. I i really fucked it up. the chance of me now being in the top 5 of the monthly leaderboard is now really so slim. i was 5th on friday and there has been 2 since then so i have probably missed out. This has really pissed me off how badly i have played in the last week in these MTT’s.

Too close October 30, 2006

i went out in 36th tonight, when i went all in preflop with AA and got called by 55 and he flopped a full house. So there is one more this month and i am 5th at the moment!!!! to close to call, hopefully i will stay in the top 5.

Nearly October 27, 2006

Just finished 12th in tonight SJ bounty, so no points. I limped in with KJs and there was 4 of us in the pot, the flop was QJK and 3 of us ended up allin, i had 2 pair the other had 2 pair (QJ) and the other had 910 for the straight. in the end QJ won it with a full house.

Well 2 more to go this month, 2 more chances for points this month, if i fail to cash hopefully i will just scrap in to the top 5 as i was 2nd at the beginning of the week.

Another bad performance October 26, 2006

out in 31st out of 75 in tonights $3 bounty 6-max. out in the first hour for the last 5 in a row! I lost a few on a badly played hand early on, then i knocked out farse with trips 8′s, then i was quite for a while and then doubled up of the big stack on my table. then the next hand, i was on the BB with Q8 and the flop was 8 high with 2 clubs putting him on a flush draw i bet and he called and again on the turn, the river wasnt a club either and i bet half the pot he called and he had a flush draw BUT he had a jack! so i was back down to starting stack (1500), the blinds then went up to 75/150, and i pushed with 33 and got called by A6 and he hit an ace, so i was out in 31st. i played awefull to be honest and i did get unlucky aswell. But there is now 3 left, and i need to cash in atleast one of them.
